CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable and only transferable to another appointment if rescheduled with at least a 48-hour notice and within 14 days of the original appointment. * If you decide to cancel, you will lose your deposit. All cancellations must be made aware at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If an appointment is canceled in under 48 hours, 30% cancellation fee (+ new deposit for full sets) is required. Any appointments canceled under 24 hours will require full balance. *15 minutes late and you will require a $10 late fee. 20+ minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled. That amount of time that was delayed will be deducted from your original time slot and you’ll only receive as much time that was given. * In the case of a no-show, deposits will be lost. Full service charged. If you have no-showed previously and would like to rebook, you must pay the FULL amount of your previous service in addition to the new appointment. REFILLS: * Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks with at least 40% of your lashes remaining on each eye. Anything less will be a full set. * No refill services will be done after 3.5 weeks (24 days), a full set must be booked. * Your lashes must still be presentable (not dirty, burnt, or damaged in any way when you arrive) otherwise removal and full set will be mandatory. MINI-FILLS: * Mini-fills can only be booked within 8 days of your last appointment with at least 75% of your lashes remaining. * If unsure, please feel free to send photos
